The Emergency First Responder course bring you numbers of benefits, including:
- Learn Critical Life-Saving Skills: CPR, First Aid, and AED training are invaluable skills that can be used in a variety of settings. By completing the EFR course, you’re better prepared to help family, friends, coworkers, and strangers when they need it most.
- Gain Confidence in Emergency Situations: Through realistic practice, you’ll develop the skills to stay calm, act quickly, and provide effective assistance in an emergency.
- Recognized Certification: The EFR certification is recognized worldwide and is a prerequisite for many advanced training courses, including the PADI Rescue Diver course.
Once you have completed the EFR course, you will get International EFR certification valid for 24 months and can be renewed with a refresher course.

What’s Included in the Emergency First Responder?
The ERF course consists of two parts:
Primary Care (CPR): You’ll learn to perform effective CPR, a crucial life-saving skill, along with other life-support techniques to assist someone experiencing a medical emergency.
Secondary Care (First Aid): This module focuses on managing non-life-threatening injuries, such as sprains, fractures, and minor bleeding. You’ll learn practical skills for treating injuries, stabilizing a patient, and preventing further harm.
